■ Name cannot be entered when registering player name
– We have confirmed an issue where no matter what name you enter, the message “Already in use…” appears and the name cannot be entered.
■ “Something seems to be going wrong” is displayed and you cannot log in
– We have confirmed an issue where a pop-up message saying “Something seems to be going wrong” prevents you from logging into your SMP account or the game.
Game operation may become unstable due to various factors including the communication environment. In that case, you may be able to resolve the issue by trying the following. Please give it a try.
– Restart the game and browser
– Use in a stable communication environment
Although we are working on bug fixes as our top priority, there is a possibility that not all issues will be resolved by the end of the beta test period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
